5 year warranty on the light source
We want you to feel confident choosing lighting from Markslöjd. That is why products with an included or integrated LED light source are covered by a 5 year warranty on the light source.
The warranty covers the functionality of the light source and applies provided that the product has not been modified, rebuilt, incorrectly installed or used in a way that differs from its intended use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external impact, accidents, negligence, abnormal wear and tear or lack of maintenance.
How the warranty works
If you experience problems with the LED light source:

Always contact the store, retailer or webshop where the product was Purchased.

Please have your receipt or order confirmation available when making a claim.
If the issue is covered by the warranty, the place of purchase will assist you further and the product will primarily be replaced with a new one.

Applies to products with an included or integrated LED light source where the 5 year warranty is stated in the product detail description.

The warranty period is valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
