Our lamps are designed to last over time, but sometimes the unexpected happens; during moving in or out, in everyday life, or simply at home. If the glass on your Markslöjd lamp breaks, we will replace it with a new spare glass, regardless of how the damage occurred. An extra peace of mind to keep close at hand, even though we hope you’ll never need to use it.
How the Glass Warranty Works
If your lamp glass breaks:
- Contact our customer service
- Include a photo of the damaged glass and provide your order number and/or email address so we can verify your purchase with us.
If the glass is available in stock as an existing spare part, we will send you a spare glass free of charge.
Terms & Conditions
- Applies to purchases made on markslojd.com after June 1, 2026.
- Covers one (1) replacement set of glass per product.
- The glass warranty only applies to lamps with replacement glass currently available in stock.
- Free standard delivery to a pickup point.
